Automation and AI

The CRM Membership Platform is built on Microsoft D365’s market-leading enterprise CRM. The platform includes a wide range of standard functionalities that support the CRM needs of membership organisations and is easy to extend, ensuring you get all the functionality you need.

The Novataris accelerator is a package of components that most membership organisations need to add to their CRM solution, including payment modules, membership fee collection, CPR master data, address lookup, CVR lookup, email marketing, financial systems, and telephony/IVR. The accelerator package integrates with the standard solution.

One of the biggest advantages of choosing an enterprise CRM solution is the level of customisation. For membership organisations, it is essential that the CRM solution is tailored to processes such as onboarding, retention, and offboarding. Customisations can save many hours of work and provide a better member experience.

Through customisations and automation, workflows are consolidated, and functions across the organisation gain a single central source of truth. A shared data foundation ensures coordinated efforts across the organisation and well-timed member service.

Members today have higher expectations – and delivering a great experience is essential to attract and retain members. The member experience is a key differentiator in the competition for members. The right platform and a strong, trusted, and close collaboration are the keys to success.

How to get started with a new membership system
Switching CRM systems is a major step, but it may be necessary to continuously ensure the delivery of best-in-class service. In some cases, configuring the existing solution may also be the right path. The most important thing is that your solution supports your business needs, both now and in the future, and that your employees trust the data presented in your CRM solution.

Step 1: Intro meeting
Kick-off where we discuss your current solution, business needs, and membership strategies.

Step 2: Health check
Through 1–2 workshops, we conduct a health check of your solution based on functionality, licensing, and future readiness.

Step 3: Analysis phase
After the health check, we are ready to initiate your CRM project. We begin with a more in-depth analysis phase to ensure a strong understanding of your needs and requirements – and to make the right design decisions from the start. The analysis concludes with a report including estimates for project implementation.
